In order to keep their position, they have to lie and mislead you and keep information private.

I'm surprised any of you believe that foolishness, as long as these MTSOs have screwed us all over.

"My OM will tell me, we have a good relationship, etc" Please. You really were that gullible to believe you'd be told anything important?
