"would never be laid off" because my metrics were so good -- until I was mysteriously decredentialed a month ago. I think it just boiled down to my team has 1 account left with 3 divisions and we seem to only do overflow for them. The decredentialing just seems so petty to me! Also, my OM said that would not factor into layoffs AT ALL, only if you miss metrics, which I never did.
