No hepatomegaly, neuro___?? Help! - Dawn

It's the physical exam section for a 6 year old, and he says "She has no hepatomegaly, _____, or dysmorphisms", and the blank part sounds something like neurocutitional/no cutition (sounds like Q-tish). Does anyone have any clue what he could be saying here??
