..I think non-compete means soliciting the account away from your employer or aiding in that solicitation. I don't think it's the same thing once the account is already lost, through no fault of your own, to leave your employer to work for the other folks. MTs can't set rates or low ball or set any other conditions that would aid in stealing away an account. For once, our powerlessness would actually protect us in a situation like that. Just my thought, but I'm not a lawyer
