you responded to, but the thought that came to my mind was if you signed a non-compete clause with your employer when you were hired, you are not able to contact any accounts they have lost for a certain number of years...usually 5, but I have seen as many as up to 10. They can sue you if you seek employment with their accounts. Just a thought.
