Like ALL services that work for these hospitals, they use the MTs and abuse. This hospital had their in-house department and sent out all their garbage that they did not want to do. Difficult dictators who maybe need VR, yet it will take that Dragon time to learn also. So much for all the templates on those ESLs. New rules.
