Nuance

I had part A while using Nuance's BCBS - ex-Nuancer

When I turned 65 I signed up for Medicare Part A while still insured by Nuance; it is free, so there was no extra cost to me. I would have preferred to go on full Medicare at that time, but needed to insure my self-employed husband, and the only way to do so was for me to use N's BCBS too, as you can't insure a spouse without being insured yourself as the employee. I figured the Part A would have been very helpful in paying the bills if I had needed to be hospitalized.
