As a part time employee I earned roughly 200 or 250 biweekly, and as a full time employee even less because I never had any work. As an IC I earned roughly $500 a month with only one account. I worked as an employee in a doctors office once making $13 hour part time with no benefits. I am sure you are aware that different areas of the country living expenses differ, but something that remains constant is low wages in transcription. I could never pay any bills as a transcriptionist, and this is why I finally resigned. I am currently looking for new employment. I wish you well, but I would consider finding a new occupation.
