Yes, I believe so. I remember all the paperwork from the courts. I may even still have it. Now, question, after that, does ANYone remember company being sold or partnered with Phillips? And does anyone remember Medquist absorbing Nuance when Nuance filed chapter 11? I remember that went to court also to determine if it would be considered a monopoly if they merged? This was at least 10 years ago.
