This is very true! Speech rec does not pick up much and there is an enormous amount of editing. But yes, as far as Infraware itself, it is clunky, rather old but I guess after 3 years or so, I got used to it. Compared to others, it lacks. There are many problems and glitches with it. I don't like to down a place too much but poster is correct. Also auditors/QA are not up to par so make sure you keep an eye open.
