A month before they let me go they sent me a threatening email saying that I only had 98.4% on my random audit and they expect it to be 98.6% at all times. They then placed me on full QA and all of a sudden I was getting flagged for critical errors left and right on reports I had done a hundred times without any kind of error. When I adjusted my reports to fix these new errors, I was then getting flagged by another member from QA. Somehow within a month I went from 98.4% to fired. I felt really comfortable with this job and enjoyed it so I still don't understand how this happened.
