I would suggest joining MT groups on Facebook. The owner of one of the companies that I work for posted that she was looking for MTs, 2nd and 3rd shift. These were ST positions and above average pay for the industry. Many companies are now "advertising" this way, because they don't have a lot of MTs and really don't have the time to comb through hundreds of resumes.
