You can file a complaint with the DOL ANONYMOUSLY - sm

You can call the regional DOL in your state. Tell them the situation. Most likely, they will direct you to the department that handles SCA compliance. I believe you can file your complaint over the phone or online. Again, you can do so ANONYMOUSLY.
