Alpha Pay Concerns - If you stir the pot...

I don't understand why some people enjoy getting on social media and stirring the pot and getting people all riled up. Alpha has 100+ MTs, some have been with the company for many many years. Do think maybe that is because they realized that they have a good job and work for a good company? I have worked for enough shady places to know that Alpha IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Try working for the might "N" if you want to be treated like shit and wonder day to day if you will have a job, not to mention their pay system that is was created so that you cannot understand what you are getting. If you don't work at Alpha then stop bad mouthing them, if you do work for Alpha and you have questions talk to the powers that be. If you used to work for Alpha, then go put on your big girl panties and find a job that makes you happy and move on with your life like a ADULT would do and stop acting like a spiteful person that cannot let their past go. Grow up! This behavior is what is killing the work - not the companies that are trying to do the best by their MTs.
