Yes, have gotten many of those emails myself and have chipped in. But, when it comes time to do the regular hours that I said I would commit to, the work dries up half way through my scheduled shift. For the account I am on, I see emails like, "there are 20 reports waiting in ***, lets everyone jump in or switch over and clean these up." Well, there goes my work!! Tired of it. They do not know how to manage workflow or schedules. Very poor management.
