Not only are they offshoring but it is a FACT that MM has contracted with 3 private MTSO's last November and they are getting a huge chunk of the work, that is why we have no work. They want us to quit so we do not ruin their reputation with unemployment. If you need/want to work check out the MT sites for the names of those 3 MTSOs and you will get hired because you already know the platform. I for one refuse to be an IC, they will have to lay me off, even if that means starting by filing a partial claim, which will lead to them completing laying you off!
