What is really going on here is the work is done offshore and not coming back. Please look for another job!! If you were working in a hospital, you would have been laid off already due to lack of work. This company does not lay off, it just fires when they're done with you. Then they hire someone more naïve and unsuspecting to keep things in turnaround until that work goes offshore. US workers are just temporary in this industry now. I have said it before, I think it is dishonest that schools continue to offer transcription programs and take tuition money.
