You took the words right outa my mouth! Many times though, I'm waiting for a job and it's just under 6 minutes, so I stay logged onto Fluency. But then that makes us have to work longer than the 30 minute leeway. How do we account for that? I don't like having to sit here all day just to try to get my 8 hours in, or have to use my PTO which I earned, and I need to take a vacation from this stressful job!! Thanks for letting me rant here...I'm fed up. 33 years is too long for this profession. I need something different, but I'm not sure what.
