Is this unreasonable or am I being unreasonable? - sm

Two companies have offered me IC QA positions where I am asked to be available for specific hours a day but am only compensated for the lines I QA.

The pay is $.02 a line.

They want me to be available to check for stats, QA all reports that need blanks filled in, communicate with the MTs regarding quality matters, but am only paid production for the reports that I fill in blanks?

I would be available for 4 hours on one job and 8 hours on another job but no hourly compensation whatsoever.

Is this getting crazy? Free work?
