you get paid when he gets paid. On the plus side, I think he hires newbies, so they at least get a chance, but he said his pay is on the low side because he cannot compete with the big companies. I did not get around to talking specifics, but a little research suggested that he pays 4/2. I hope that is not true. The Medical Transcription Company pays 7/4, once a month. I don't know anything about Pearson. Good luck!
