You're absolutely right, and they only want to hire for night shift and weekends or whenever they need to put a body in and clean up some work until you run out and they they shift you around again. Sound familiar? I put my application in at Dollar General and Aspen Dental today online while I was sitting here waiting for work. At this point, I'm ready to take anything that's offered. I'm that fed up! What is happening to the MT profession is a crime, and unfortunately patient care is what will suffer.
