Whoever is telling you that it's only you is wrong. It has been this way for years. Enterprise and EditScript (assume the rest of the platforms, too) reset their clocks at 12 a.m. Eastern time. And, yes, I have run into screwy line counts due to OOW Friday nights. Like the other poster, this is why I won't work beyond my shift Fridays, no matter how much they beg.
