As soon as I calm down enough, I'm going to email HR and let them know what I think of their new compensation plan (and the treatment over the last 2 years). I KNOW that it will not make a bit of difference to them but they're getting that email anyway! I'm still irrationally hostile at this point so it's probably not the best time to be composing emails....
