I have read this site for years and watched MTs blast the QAs forever. When do they take responsibility for their own work? MTs not reading while editing I personally think is a big problem, the redundant text, the medication errors, and a huge pet peeve is the ADT info. At our place, we do not take off for punctuation either, but we just give feedback and the auditors at the client's facility do the exact same thing.
