Whole heartedly agree with you. They think they make minor errors but they are HUGE. I.e. not correct date of service (big critical error which is a main BIG problem where I am), not reading the document thoroughly (i.e. redundant text like ("the patient, the patient") and not removing the extra text, wrong dosage, wrong medication, wrong encounter picked, wrong age, wrong unit of measure, (lol I can go on forever here!) But, it's our fault right? Some of this stuff being sent to the client from them I would be embarrassed to send, it's ridiculous.
