I have Verizon unlimited. While I don't use it for work, I do use it for at least 8-10 hours a day for various other things, such as streaming programs and movies from Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. After 10 gigs, I believe my speed is slowed down; however, I've never noticed a difference and rarely have any difficulties streaming anything.
I live very rural and, prior to getting Verizon unlimited, I had to be really careful to not go over my internet allotment to make sure there were sufficient gigs to work. Now with this as a hot spot, I get to stream anything I want with no worries.
If you have an unlimited plan, I think you should be okay.
Sorry if this rambled...I've been up since 2 a.m. working and my brain is already trying to shut down.
