From another site, M laid off some of their transcriptionists (starting in August I think) due to not enough work. I don't understand why they would continue to outsource if they have their own MTs in place already. I could understand doing away with the department to cut costs, but I don't get keeping MTs employed AND outsourcing work. Makes no sense. At any rate, Imedx no longer gets the hundreds of partials that they had been getting. It sucks to suck.
