MTSOs are all the same - besides the crap pay

They all tell you that your work is lousy. Some go so far as to penalize one financially for any little mistake. Nuance takes at least $100 if not more per week for one little mistake. They expect perfection. Nuance sneakily has something called "autopending" and if there is one mistake in the demographics, will "autopend" the report without your knowledge and then make you work for 3.5 cents a line if more than 5% of reports are sent in (between what you may send in and what they sneakily autopend). Some refuse to pay the employer's part of the social security tax, but expect you as an IC to have a set schedule. They should be turned in for that. I could go on and on. MTSOs are, for the most part, just a hateful bunch of organizations.
