If you still had your company, would your MTs be employees? Would they be paid a decent, livable line rate? Would you provide good IT support and a good program? Would you have a QA that is constructive and not beat you up so much you don't know if you're coming or going?
Before you sit on your high horse, about dumbing down, what have these MTSO's done to us?
