they have no intention of bringing Apex back. Just like E5 a week ago that "couldn't be repaired," this is probably just an excuse to force customer to move to other platform, if they didn't lose the customers. This OM is constantly letting us know how much we suck. I'd love to see her get in there and listen to the junk voice files and show us how it's done. She is apparently superhuman.
