The accounts I'm assigned to seem to be busy, although no OT has been called. Not sure how long it will last.
It's hard to say what the workloads are for all of the accounts at this point because as of today the Backlog button is missing, so there is no way to check the numbers for each account. I'm not sure what that is. There's been no communication via OM for the disappearance. Could be just a glitch.
