I just got offered a job as a full-time employee with TTS. They said they'd pay me 0.0322 cpl for speech since I have 20 years' experience. I was also told that their MTs easily do 400 lph. IT was installing the software on my computer and I asked her if MTs really made 400 lph with eScription and she said no, nobody does that and most do 200-300 lph (if that). She also said they had assigned me a huge hospital account with loads of crap to remember. So I'll make maybe $8/hour tops, my share of healthcare would be $200/month, and they pay minimum wage ($7.25/hour) for PTO. Why do I even bother with these companies anymore???
