than 7.25/hr, they have to pay that for PTO. I worked for them a few years ago and averaged around 300 lph without a lot of effort and maintained 99% plus QA scores. I wanted to go part-time because I had turned 65 and was collecting SS, but they wanted to lower my line rate for the privilege of working part time. That just did not make sense to me, when I was a good and productive employee. I said never mind and looked for another employer who did pay me well for part-time work. It was their loss.
