Mmodal and Nuance come into the hospitals and eat up everything out there and then spread the breadcrumbs to these other companies. These other companies then are so glad to get the accounts and have work for their IC MTs, but have to give at least 1 cpl to Mmodal or Nuance. Wonder if that is the same as 'pimping.' Wonder if the answer is found in "The Book Of Style." !!
