I mean, they're not going to let us get paid for our normal hours and take PTO on top of that, and my paycheck is bad enough that I can't really afford to take the PTO off it and put it in an account, unfortunately.
It's almost like gambling. You have to take the risk of either taking the PTO when you really don't need to OR losing it completely if they give us the chop suddenly, OR who knows maybe nothing will happen until after Christmas.
I am not a gambler so I hate this. I just don't want them to fire me AND take my PTO.
