so offshore doesn't really look like a viable alternative to this mess now. Nuance already had a high percentage of offshore, much higher than Mmodal ever has. After the layoffs here last week of US workers, followed by now we find out in India also on a much larger scale (after they invested millions of dollars in their India offices) is just mind boggling. They are no doubt trying to alleviate investor fears in 4th quarter but this is just a Band-Aid and fudging numbers at this point.
