Reasons to NOT work over and above for Nuance - Incentives and PTO

When I read about how Nuance is begging for their remaining employees to work over to bail them out on accounts in the red and is offering incentives and PTO it makes my blood boil!

They have a lot of balls doing this and expecting people to jump to the cause after they just:

Layed off 400 + workers, many of which LOST their PTO.

Cheated the workers that covered their As$#s during the cyber attack out of those promised incentives and bonus.

Employees that agree to work to work over normal hours on struggling accounts need to also consider that being owed incentives bonus or PTO may also make you a target for coming layoffs, considering what has happened to others. Just something to consider.
