...was suggested by my personal MD instead of a regular mouse (I was having elbow issues from too much mouse use). This item fits below the keyboard (it actually holds the keyboard in place) and has the same functions as a mouse, but it's at your fingertips (you actually use your thumbs, reaching toward the body). Fingers stay on the keyboard home row at all times. I love it and no more elbow pain!!
