I very highly doubt things have changed and I would not get too comfortable there. I worked for Keystrokes for many years (from 2005 to 2013) and the issues with late pay go as far back as when I first started working there 12 years ago. You are exactly right; a leopard never changes its spots. Just because checks have been on time lately does not mean that it will always be that way. Trust me. I worked there for 8 years and I've been through it all with them. I know how they operate and I also know a lot of inside information about this company, none of it good.
