When you said you worked an early shift and the docs didn't start dictating until later, the first thing I wondered is why didn't they ask you if you wanted to adjust your schedule to accommodate the needs of that account? That's what they had done with me before on another account I was on - the dictation didn't start rolling in until later and my shift started early, so we adjusted the schedule due to the time zone differences.
