Not a very good idea to post about your felony (dismissed or not) on this board along with the name of the company who you have been offered a position with. They could see it and automatically retract their offer. These sorts of things are best discussed with the company directly in private, not on a public forum. None of us know the details of your felony case, nor do we have knowledge of what is going to show up on your background check, so we can't really help you anyway.
