all the MTs who continue to suffer MMs abuse. I just don't get it. Any job is better than the abnormal micromanaging, slavery and abuse from MM.
I left 3 years ago but the requirement was still the ridiculous 99.65, yet somehow I managed to meet it.
Absolutely hated that job. Worst job I ever had and ever will have hands down.
Good for you to realize your self-worth. Wish everyone slaving for them would realize theirs and leave them in the dust. No one deserves this kind of treatment.
