No, it has nothing to do with if we have or haven't retained counsel. There are no gag orders on discussing any actions that I am aware of and having legal representation does not require a plaintiff to give up their right to free speech.
So discuss away!
I am carefully avoiding the use of the term "spewing" as the OP used, because of the derogatory nature of that term. ;)
