Nuance holding work from the outsource MTSOs? - must be Posted: Aug 10th, 2017 - 1:45 pm
I think it's probably safe to assume Nuance is now holding back work they were outsourcing to multiple MTSOs due to losing clients they hoped to retain for their inhouse MTs. They must be keeping the outsourced accounts now to cover their own lack of work.
Multiple accounts have extremely low work for the MTSOs I work with, and the only explanation can be that Nuance is holding onto the majority of the work right now.
Surprising that the MTSOs are not calling Nuance on this since they had to hire and staff up to cover these accounts and now have MTs with little to no work.
