I felt the same way with MM. It demoralized me beyond belief and the be-ach that was my supervisor, who had no MT experience whatsoever, probably couldn't spell tonsil, was a nightmare. I quit, moved on and now I am out of the MT business. They can al go to hades. I hate them all.
