I have seen that brought up on this board for years. I just simply do not believe that happens. A medical record is a legal document as well. Imagine the chaos, fines, fraud etc., any transcription company would face if they were brought into court and had to track down MT's all across the country that had tested. If I owned a company, I would not have the courage to face the thought of that amount of trouble.
