The people you are whining about are extremely intelligent and determined individuals who overcame who knows what to practice medicine here. I can't imagine the challenges many of them have faced, including the language barrier. I have at least 50% ESL dictators and if I didn't that would be 50% fewer reports for me. There's a doctor shortage in the US; we should be grateful for these people. Have a better day!
