When we make a mistake.

I have to wonder about the TSMs or OMs or whatever they are. They either didn't know either or they were told not to tell us. Wonder which it is?

At the very least they should throw us a bone. It was your mistake, lady, how about you give us a small bonus in good faith, say $200 apiece? Sorry does NOT make it okay, as we have found from beloved FIESA.

Imagine we told FIESA. Sorry, I didn't mean to put 62 instead of 63, can you not dock me $100, pretty please?

Same deal. I don't think she should be able to wiggle out of it.
