20 hours. They do not guarantee or have to pay you min wage for any hours not actually worked. Since they paid you $10 an hour for the 20 hours you worked, their responsibility is done. If you were OOW for the other 20 hours, you are filing partial unemployment for that. Unemployment comes up with a partial UI amount (usually slightly more than what you would get on full unemployment). From that figure, when you report, you report what you made that week from Nuance (i.e. $200). They subtract that from the unemployment $$ they predetermined and pay you the balance.
