It might not be a good idea to share hearsay information from your sister who works for hospital XYZ; in fact your sister should not be sharing this at all. My facility is a Nuance client as well but I think they wanted what we were told kept private. My goodness, use some common sense and discretion instead of adding fuel to the fire.
